There is starting to be a chill in the air here. Winter is definitely going to be a cold one. A tourist from Saskatchewan actually said the humidity here makes it feel colder than the prairies. My feet are generally the first thing to turn to ice, and I hate wearing socks. I am a huge fan of cozy slippers. I got my current pair of slippers as a Christmas gift when we moved to Montreal 5 years ago. They were a great gift, and in a round about way help me embrace the cold weather. They would make a lovely gift for someone on your list. My slippers starting to lose their plushness a little bit. I love them so much, but they may be needing a replacement. They no longer sell this style, so I found some new styles I'd be keen to try out.
Best Cozy Slippers for Toasty Tootsies
These lodge moccasin booties from J Crew would be the closest in style to my current slippers. The price is right, and I have no complaints about my current pair. I'm not crazy about the black bow though. Lands End may not be the most fashion forward brand, but they are quality. My slippers are Lands End, so I'd be inclined to buy there again. The Shearling Mac Slippers are close in style. These are a bit pricey though! The Aerie Magical Graphic Slipper from American Eagle are so cute and a great price. Perfect for some holiday cheer. A great addition to a gift package or stocking. My Scandinavian side adores Woolrich Chalet Slippers from Urban Outfitters. I feel like I should be watching a foot of snow accumulate outside while eating cardamom bread. And because I couldn't leave the little ones out, here are some adorable ones for kids. I love the grandpa style of these slippers from J Crew. I'd be much more likely to get Breccan into these badger slippers from Boden.
