5 Best Pregnancy Products
Now that I've been through 2 pregnancies, I've definitely found a few things that work to make things easier. The hardest parts of pregnancy for me are morning sickness, stomach issues, and third trimester size limitations. These were a few products that helped me out. Most things you can get from Amazon or even your local pharmacy.1. B-Natal LollipopsThese lollipops have extra B vitamins in them. In Canada, for extreme morning sickness, we're prescribed a combination of B vitamins and diphenhydramine for nausea. Sometimes the B is all you need if you have the milder type of nausea. 2. GrabberWhen you get big, this is key for getting any cleaning done. Especially cleaning up after a toddler! All those toys with little parts.... 3. Coconut OilI had 3 stretch marks with Breccan and minimal ones with Olin. While genetics and hydration are probably why, I think my nightly rubs with coconut oil helped. If nothing else, rubbing my belly help me bond with both babies. I also found mixing it with drops of peppermint and eucalyptus oil made a good decongestant when I wasn't allowed cold medicine. 4. Alcohol WipesThis could be a weird, personal pregnancy thing. When I would get odor-induced nausea (my main source of nausea in my first pregnancy), I'd whip one of these out. Rubbing it with my hands helped neutralize the offending odor, keeping me from tossing cookies! 5. Inulin fiber gummiesConstipation was an unpleasant problem in my first pregnancy. I found these gummies helped keep things moving better than anything else. I began by taking 2 a day for a week and then cut back to the recommended 1 a day.
